Terms of Use

1. Who may use Guli

• Adults only (18+). By registering you confirm your age.
• One person — one account. One email address and one Telegram account carry a single profile.

2. Your account

• Be truthful about yourself: your name, age and photos must be your own and real.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email, phone and Telegram safe.

3. Rules of conduct

You must not:

• impersonate another person or use someone else's photos;
• insult, threaten, harass, or incite hatred;
• post pornography, violent imagery, or any illegal content;
• send advertising, spam or money-making schemes, or ask for money;
• offer intimate services for payment;
• collect other users' data or publish it outside the service;
• attempt to bypass protections, automate actions, or create fake accounts.

4. Your content

• Your photos and texts stay yours. By uploading them you allow us to show them to other users as part of running the service.
• You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload.

5. Verification and moderation

• We may review photos and profiles manually, and hide, restrict or delete profiles and content that break the rules.
• Reports are reviewed by people; decisions are at our discretion.

6. Paid features

• Premium and gifts are bought with Telegram Stars, and in the apps through App Store and Google Play in-app purchases.
• Payment is processed by Telegram, Apple or Google — their refund rules take precedence, and refund requests go to them.
• Virtual items (gifts) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We may change prices and the set of paid features; a period you have already paid for will not be shortened.
• Premium runs for a fixed term and does not auto-renew — when it expires it simply ends and nothing is charged again.
• Deleting your account forfeits any unused Premium and gifts; they are not refundable.

7. Invitations and referrals

You may earn Premium for users you invite. Creating fake accounts to farm bonuses leads to the bonuses being revoked and the account blocked.

8. Messages from the service

• Service messages — sign-in codes, notifications about likes, matches and new messages, support replies. They are how the service works and keep coming while you have an account.
• Product news — occasional announcements about new features. You can opt out at any time: the “stop these updates” button under the message itself, or the /unsubscribe command in the bot. Turn it back on with /subscribe.
• We do not send third-party advertising.

9. What we do not promise

• We do not promise you will meet anyone, and we do not verify every user's identity. The “verified” badge only confirms that a selfie resembles the profile photos.
• The service is provided “as is”; interruptions are possible. Our liability for loss caused by technical failure is limited to what you have paid the service over the preceding 12 months.
• Meeting in real life is at your own risk. Arrange first meetings in public places and never send money to people you don't know.

10. Blocking and termination

• We may restrict or block an account for breaking the rules, including without warning in serious cases.
• You may delete your account at any time — in your profile.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia unless the law provides otherwise.

We may change these rules; the current version is always on this page, with the date shown above.
